Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Prints of Peace™.

Because all products are made to order, we currently do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Sale or limited-release items

  • Gift items or unreleased promotional products

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Issues

Prints of Peace™ is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
